When it comes to large-scale event décor, teamwork makes all the difference, and this project proved it! The Volunteer Balloons team had the honor of collaborating with our friends at Balloon A’Fair in Chattanooga to help create an incredible trick-or-treat event for the Volkswagen Chattanooga Plant Family Day.
This wasn’t just any balloon setup. It was a full-scale big balloon build that transformed the venue into a festive, Willy Wonka themed wonderland for Volkswagen employees and their families.
A High-End Corporate Event Balloon Collaboration
Our talented partners at Balloon A’Fair led the creative design, while the Volunteer Balloons crew joined forces to inflate, stage, and install massive balloon structures throughout the space. Together, we created an environment that captured both the spirit of employee appreciation and the fun of Halloween.
In total, 10 professional balloon artists worked 5 full days to bring this vision to life. And each of us walked an estimated six miles just during setup! The time-lapse videos from the event show just how much effort, artistry, and teamwork went into making this high-end corporate balloon event a success.
